Where to find parts?

We’re based in the UK (London) and our team needs some specific parts, we can’t find parts sold anywhere except the official VEX website and they only sell the Super Kit which has everything and is too expensive for us unfortunately. We’ve tried ebay, etsy, amazon, facebook marketplace and even vinted but we can’t find anywhere that sells parts. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get parts?

we’re looking for a lot of stuff.. mainly axels, sensors, motors, corner connector packs, 4x30 beams and spacers and washers

Apart from 4x30s, everything sounds pretty common. Are you sure you can’t just search for them on the website?

Have you contacted VEX sales? Send a list of what you need and they will be able to help you. [email protected]

theres some sort of glitch on the website for me and the rest of my team, we cant see the products only the super kit for some reason?

Maybe try using another device or a VPN?

There is no longer such thing as an IQ Super Kit and hasn’t been for a long time. What are you seeing? Can you post the link?

it shows error, sure IQ Competition Kits - VEX Robotics this is the only product i can see

There are not any 4x30 plates in VEX IQ.

And, why can we not use 3D printed parts if we don’t make parts that are not available to buy?

Because they don’t trust us to do that. And they don’t want to have to inspect every 3d printed piece.

I don’t know why you can only see one product on the website. Can you send screenshots of what you can see when click on my link above, and also when you try to search for IQ products?
