Why is the IQ Q&A "Now Open"?

Why is the banner on Q&A: VEX IQ Robotics Competition 2024-2025: Rapid Relay : Robot Events saying “This Q&A is now open”? It has been open for months. Was it closed temporarally for some reason?

I saw that too. I thought it was just me because I was looking at a full volume Q&A, and there was a closed banner at the top of full volume. I went back and saw the banner, but I thought that it was just me.
