I can’t seem to find the form on the vex website about which teams are eligible to win certain awards at worlds ;specifically the note book awards. I think there was some sort of rule that you need to win the excellence award at State in order to be eligible to win excellence at worlds. If anyone could send me a link to the worlds awards eligibility form that would be great!
