If you are looking to drive a bot with only 4 turbo 393s, the answer is likely no. Unless your bot is very light (less than 9lbs / 4kg) you will overheat the motors very quickly. There were teams (like discobots NBN bot that is rendered on Remembering the best ) that successfully used 6 turbos on something like a 11lb / 5kg bot. If you look at that rendering, you can get a sense of how delicate a robot that light looks. GL
