There have been at least 3 teams in Florida called Circuit Breakers, including two in the same season once.
None of them competed at the same tournament while they were named Circuit Breakers, but it almost happened in Starstruck, and both teams did make it to States the next year, after the newer one changed names.
Plus there were 3 teams named Eclipse at Worlds this year.
In my region we have sicko code, BRAGGS 1N CODE, ham jam, and ham bone
One of my favorite team names in WV was back in NBN. They were one of the only robots in the state that could reliably high elevate their partners, and they were called “Do u even lift bro?”
I guess nobody likes “Mechanical Advantage”
Srsly though my teams hates it and are about to go on strike about it.
I was under the false premise that people would understand the engineering joke/reference.
