Can you shoot discs above pole?

Hello everyone! I was wondering if you can shoot discs above the pole in Vex IQ? I’m 50% sure we can’t, but I came here just to confirm things.

Somebody though the “penalty” was to harsh (DQ), so they asked the RTM question on the Q&A: Discs going over fence : Robot Events
