PSA to New Forum Users

It is the start of a new season and many new people are joining robotics clubs across the world. Consequently, many people are joining the vex forum. We welcome new users into the community, but there a couple of things you need to know.

Don’t ask people for robot ideas. There are lots of threads that already discuss this. You can find these with the search bar. You can also give YouTube a search too.

Don’t ask weather or not something is legal. The game manual tells you everything you can’t do. I doesn’t tell you everything you can do. Give it a read:

Think before you post. The forum isn’t discord. Don’t post the same thing multiple times and don’t post something if it isn’t relevant to the discussion.

Can you descore discs from the low goal? It would be really easy to but I can’t find it anywhere in the manual.

Attention new programmers!

Whenever you post your code to the forum, always enclose it into the triple backquotes:

Another point to add, please spell check and grammar check your posts beforehand. It’s ver anyoing to raed thruogh postts thet r hardd to understnd. Grammarly is free.
