non symmetrical pattern for locking omni
using a hs sprocket and chain for power transfer(iq chain and gears are better)

4" wheel when everyone knows 3.25 and 2.75 are meta
using linear slide rail
standoff that connects to nothing
too small of sprocket so there is no connection to be made between wheel and sprocket to reduce wheel slop
Encoder mounted between the two drive rails when it should be mounted outside of them.
using a 5 wide on the inside drivetrain c-channel, only use 3-wides and 2-wides.
appears to be pretty loose chain
keps nut on the outside when it should be in the ‘c’ of the rail
Alright a lot of these are grasping at straws, but why this?
