im not sure if overall its cheaper becasue if u buy from SMC you have to buy each part individually and that means they are paced individually and instead of it all being bundled by vex with the solinoeds and regulators ect you have to get them each independeantly…
And you have to buy almost everything in a bundle of 10

that is very interesting, i had no idea that winter storms were not named. i thought it was like hurricanes where we have names lined up for years and years.
When you loose elims because 6 refs didn’t see match effecting hoarding
Don’t you hate it when a ref “didn’t see” the ring in your alliance’s mobile goal and doesn’t give you AWP. @Unionjackjz
Don’t you hate it when you have to change your mogo mech into a tilter last second before getting inspected but realized you could a made a simple flip out
Don’t you have it when tbe teams at your event don’t contest the scorecard when they are asked to review it but complain many matches later
Don’t you hate it when you realize you have two alliance partners during a match and both have been stealing your mogoals
I saw that match. Same thing happened in our Round of 16 match, we lost because the team we were against was basically a tank and hoarded a few mobile goals in the corner and activity blocked us from reaching them but the refs didn’t see it/call it. It sucks but it happens. The refs aren’t perfect and they won’t see everything. Missed calls are inevitable and the refs try their best. It’s frustrating getting eliminated because of it but it’s bound to happen at some point. Don’t get too mad at the refs, they’re trying their best to make sure everyone has a good time and that things run well. I learned that at my last tournament.
Dang, sounds like that hypothetical team has a skill issue.
@dodgedoodle I’m sorry that you guys got eliminated though. You’re a great team and you did really well in the rest of the tournament. That match was really close and I definitely saw some hoarding going on from my sister teams that refs probably just didn’t see. There was so much happening in the match that they were probably all just focusing on another part of it. Hopefully next time will be better for you guys. We’ll see you guys in a month at states!
