How can I fix the brain pin inputs?

The brain ports are somewhat damaged, since when we connect the cables (I emphasize that we already changed the cable heads and it still does not work) they are disconnected very easily since the brain inputs or ports are damaged.

Could someone give me and my team some advice or a solution?
