Some main things to know when designing and tips: Matchloaders work by creating an angle for the balls to roll out. This is often done with a peice of polycarbonate. so you want to design something, I recomend l channels connected to an axle, which lets you mount hs pillow block bearings. DEFINTELY traingle brace. for l channels 4-5-6 works as a good 90 deg angle, and trangle bracing helps against bending. You also want to mount your plastic with low friction on pillow block bearings, and rubber band it in a way that it returns to the best angle after use. You can take insparation from my robot’s matchloader, but a lot of it is robot specific tuning. you also want clearance so that there is enough space between the plastic and intake.
