The returning Free Range Robotics and Kristin school Vex teams got a televised return on New Zealand TV.

There is a transcript of the piece but there is also a link to the video. But I am not sure if the video plays outside New Zealand.

The interview was done at Auckland International Airport on the team(s) return.

They even had to get the robots out.

We normally only see this sort of coverage with sporting teams such as the All Blacks, Silver Ferns.

This should increase the exposure of Vex here in New Zealand and hopefully there will be new teams started for the 2010/2011 season.

Well done to all teams from around the world who attended the World Champs, it made great watching via the stream.

It does play in the USA. Well done, it is great to robotics getting the recognition it deserves.
