Hello Everyone,
I am a Robotics teacher, we use the 2nd Generation VEX IQ Robot as a teaching tool in my classes.
We got issue with one of our VEX IQ robots. The robot’s screen is stuck on a white display, and none of the buttons are responsive, including the “X” button. The only way to turn off the robot is by removing its battery.
This issue occurred during a regular robotics class where students were attempting to code using the robot. Initially, everything was functioning normally until, during one coding attempt, the robot’s screen became stuck on white and unresponsive.
I have searched for similar issues on the VEX Robotics forum and tried several suggested solutions, including:
- Holding down the Left and Right buttons while pressing the Check button to enter the recovery menu.
- Fully charging the robot’s battery and reinserting it into the robot.
- Waiting 24 hours with the robot turned off.
Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked.
Is there any technical solution to solve this problem?
Thank you
