The field setup is still the same as it has always been for in-person teamwork matches.
ohhhhhhhhh thanks. Stupid 20 characters!!!1111111
I agree i feel that they are limiting teams potential by doing this and increasing reliance on the teammate.
What is weird about this year is that we have to stand beside the field not in front of it, I need to get a new feel
Wait really? I thought that was just the setup for live remote teamwork matches? Where does it say that it is for in-person ones too?
Im confused like really confused
oh @FRC973 do you think i could get to worlds with sandstorm/
Although the rules say that if space permits, you have to stand at the side of the field, I donāt think anyone would really care if you stood in the front of the field (so long as you arenāt blocking the camera.
It doesnāt, what I meant was āthe field setup for in-person matches is the same as it has always beenā.
Maybe, but at the rate that this season is progressing, I am not confident in it. It could get you to states provided you are good at driving it, but maybe not to worlds.
Sorry I misread the post.
okay, which video is razor bill description link on?
Iām confused as to what your question is/what you are looking for. Here are the links to the razorbill videos, but you can just ask your question here.
210 points Driver Skills or 141 points Live Comp. Teamwork
New to the group. I have a few question can teams cross State lines to compete virtually? If so where can we find tournaments to register in? We live in Florida and still no tournaments posted.
Any help would be appreciated
The whole idea of virtual tournaments, is that you can access and compete in them from anywhere. My team is registered for a virtual skills only tournament in texas. Most tournaments though, will have rules for where a percentage of the teams are from (i.e 25% of teams have to be from the same region itās based in)
These rules will vary from tournament to tournament.
Good luck this season!
My brother and I will be posting several more virtual tournaments by mid-October, because we have to do just one (that is filled up already) to prove that they actually work in California, and then we will post more. Weād love to see you there. Iāll post the link(s) when the events come out.
Many tournaments will be posted (especially for Florida) on Nov. 1st.
If you attend an out of state tournament (which you totally can), you cannot qualify for your own or that regionās state cha, pionship. You have to qualify for the FL state championships by attending tournaments in FL.
I am not doing any virtual tournaments so far so that bad?
If u want to compete for state and worlds u have to do the vertural challenges or u do the virtual comptions
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok then i definetly will register
