hey where did u get the metal for the ball and tube holders is it vex?
Are you referring to the clear plate at the bottom of our intake? We used about a 7"x24" piece of 1/16" thick Polycarbonate sheeting (Lexan) for that. You can use anything that can be cut from a single 12"x24" piece of Polycarbonate sheeting, as long as it is no thicker than 1/16".

Just so you know if you get around to doing it… If you guys made the angle of the intake less, the intake would then go under the arm motors, and you could easily make a hinge thingy like we did, then because of the motion of the 6 bar, it would avoid the motors because it goes outwards (if you did it right)
I did think of this, but depending on how long of a flap I wanted, once the flap was down it could get in the way of the motors. We swapped them as well as the Potentiometer to the outer sides, and it looks like it’ll just fit inside 18" that way. Now we’ll need to cut the Lexan, and get a hinged piece to flap down.
Before we could hold 4 when picked up, but up to 5 when Match-Loaded. We’ll see how many we can hold once we put the hinge on! (Hoping to at least get it to Match Load 6.)
