I was reading the rule book and it says that the stake has to only be touching the tape line of the positive and negative corner so does this mean
I can put 2 goals in the same corner both touching the tapeline?

Would it be legal to have one mobile goal in the robots possession while also scoring a stationary mobile goal while i.e. when pushing it?

Note: Only one Mobile Goal may be considered Placed in each Corner. If two Mobile Goals meet the above requirements in the same Corner, the following criteria will be used as a series
of “tiebreakers” to determine which Mobile Goal is Placed:
Hope that helps clarify that only one counts as Placed.
I believe the rules say only 1 goal can considered in the corner. They have a list of “tiebreakers “ to decide the more in goal. If it can’t be decided, neither goal is in corner and neither gets the bonus

Please if you are clarifying a rule, include the rule and the text to help others understand them better. Starting with “I guess…”, “I think…”, “I heard…”, “My team says…” does not really help. Be specific with the Game Manual and informative.
A lot of time I know what the rule is, but if I do not have the Game Rule in front of me I will not post as it is not helpful.
For posters of questions - do a second read of the rule you are concerned about - read the whole rule and definitions relating to it. Often times, you will answer your own question.

Personally, I recommend switching to Onshape for CAD. I did and I think that it’s much better than Protobot. Your CAD looks good though!
I am just starting out with cad, so I am not very experienced and protobot is just nice for beginners.
Onshape provides resources for beginners. This link helped a lot when I was learning cad.
