It’d be crazy for a cube land just like that and not count as scored in the goal zone (base cube not flush with the floor).
What if the tiny edge flats are the bases
new meta, put all the cubes like that so your opponents can’t pick them up lol.
try stacking 2 on top of each other like that
Balance it on the corner and post a picture, it will make the vexforum community very happy.
stack a bunch on top of each other on their corners.
Oh jeez, that’s gonna be a challenge. What if there was a robot and all it did was place cubes on the edges instead of the bases
Oh-oh-oh my blooping gawd. What in the world???
Edit: now make a robot that does that
Why though

Should’ve been a purple cube…
perfectly balanced… as all things should be…
what did it cost?

Everything.

Wow! (20 character limit)
I can already tell that I’m going to have fun stacking these cubes this year.
tbh once they get some weight on them they lock together pretty well.
I’m probably going to see how many weird structures I can make. But alas we’re still waiting for the game pieces but I think we’ll get the soonish.
Just looked at what is considered “scored” and as long as it’s freely standing like that and not touching anything else, then theirs a chance you might get points for it.
I believe this coincides with the spirit of the rule, and such a freak, unstable stack is unlikely enough to occur. It’s like how a coin flip isn’t really 50/50 because it can land on its side, but we (almost) never see that actually happen.
