I was having a totally normal discussion with other members of the VTOW discord server and I noticed that, if Mr. Grant Cox, head of the GDC’s middle name starts with a D, than he is Mr. GDC. So now I want to know, what is his middle name, and more importantly, does it start with a D?
Sadly, no. I was, also, curious and did an extensive research. It turned out he is Grant J Cox.
I mean, if we cannot get DRow on GDC, we could petition Grant Cox to legally change his middle name to Dillon. This could bring some joy to our miserable waterless game season.
- DRow 4 GDC or bust!
- Petition Grant to change his middle name.
- Cry in the corner until field perimeter is full of tears - sad water game.

Honestly, I am not sure Chairmen of the GDC would fall for a such a quacky idea @djavaisadog.
However, a compromise offered by @DanMantz sounds very reasonable. It is clearly less controversial than BO3 → BO1 switchover and enjoys popular support of both RECF officials and my fellow competitors.
All that Grant has to do is to fill out a couple of simple forms, while the court filing fee could be covered by the proceeds from the sales of the leftover “DROW for GDC” stickers.
In these difficult times, I am looking forward to the day, when you can enjoy the simple harmony of calling Chairman of the GDC - Mr. GDC, without sounding snarky or sarcastic.
