How do you build a Danny lift

I don’t under stand the concept of a Danny lift even though I’ve seen the concept how does it work how is it built

Think about a 2 bar lift but it’s got gearing to make two ends extend away from each other.

Pro tip: don’t build a Danny lift for competition, they are terrible.

Step 1: Don’t build a danny lift

Step 2: Build a conventional double reverse 4 bar

A “Danny lift” is basically just a double reverse four bar but worse. The only advantage I can think of is it’s more compact but in general “Danny lifts” are pretty bad.
