what are the cartridges in each motor?
- 200 rpm 4 motor drive - 200 (green) rpm cartridge
- 2 motor 3000rpm flywheel - 600 (blue) rpm cartridge geared 6:1
- 1 motor 100rpm pusher - 100 (red) rpm cartridge
- 1 motor 600 rpm intake - 600 (blue) rpm cartridge
will the blue be able to rotate the flywheel ?, I belive it will need more power
If you build it well with no friction it definitely will. There are some teams that use one motor for 3600 rpm so 2 motors 3000 rpm should be no problem.
It’s often more than enough power actually. Most teams I know usually run their flywheel at a much slower speed (I think around 1800) when they are close to the goal, and around 2500 (someone correct me if I’m wrong) when they’re at the autonomous line. 3000 on a 4-inch wheel or 3600 on a 3-inch wheel is a very good choice this year.

To answer your question - I don’t know about inventor, but most CAD softwares have a list of parts that you could use. Fusion 360 is available for free educational access if you don’t have a CAD software.

Well without building that intake on your robot you will not be able to make that intake. So I’m not sure how to help you in that regard.
Can you be more specific? Are you trying to build the intake to go on a different robot design?
I think they want to make an intake outside of the robot, then mount it on after it is built.
I can’t really tell what you’re asking here, but if you mean that you want to build the intake off the bot and then put it on after, you just can’t really do that. I recommend putting the uprights coming off the drivebase on first, and then building off those.

With your intake, how did you mount it. (since it has to be slanted and our team are quite stuck with it)
There should be a bunch of info in both the cad and the images, but you have the uprights, and there’s a pivoting section on the bottom where the bottom two rollers and motor can move up and down.
