I was fooling around with a prototype intake an cubes and one of my cubes did this: [20190509_221613] Edit: this is not staged, the cube actually ended up like this

Hey now guys dont turn this thread into a battleground, DRow s gonna shut it down and we cant have anymore vex cube fun :frowning:

[image] Codec: Balance it on the corner and post a picture Hey @codec , beat this: [Balancing cubes on the corner]

My mentor is going to be questioning why I’m staying at robotics until 8pm at the end of the year… I gotta try this

I believe that if anyone can consistently stack cubes in this manner within any match then they should automatically win

@xenon27 , balancing on the edges is easy  because for each additional cube you could adjust its position in two axis x and y, as well as its heading by turning it. Balancing one cube on its corner is harder, because you could only adjust its heading by turning it. Double stacking cubes corn…

Impressive. Now stack three cubes on their corners.

Pool of 36 candidate cubes and manual selection might not be good enough for such task. You may need to map quality of each corner and cube balance with some sort of measuring equipment. Then use something else to aid precisely setting up the cubes (lasers?) … I certainly, don’t have neither skill…

VEX cube FUN!
