I agree, maybe a world volunteer pin. That’d be great. I’d wear that with pride.
I thought that those were for worlds. I’m not sure though. All I know is that I got a little bag with the pin and a few other items.
I guess you just missed it in 2018, wonder why the volunteers didn’t get it.
The problem has always been too few pins and too many members…
After attending worlds since 2010… i never got the chance to even keep one… sob…

I guess I can see that. I always make sure to get one early and set it aside for myself so it didn’t get mixed up with everyone else. You really never got a single one for all ten years you’ve been going? That’s a bummer.

Well… when there isn’t enough to go around, so normally the students will have the 1st priority. So mentor will gather scraps.
Instead of a early release, how about a delayed release… When the Virus issue is resolved we pick up season where we left off. There are a lot of State Championship s that really need to be played out. In addition schools could hold multi regional tournaments, with those that qualifiy for world. For instance, Middle School has 300 that qualifiy for world. Hold 4 tournaments with 50 teams. Those winners go to a final tournament. Bamb!

I didn’t make it to worlds (never have) but just feel so bad for those teams especially if it was going to be their first time going because I know I would be very sad and disappointed.

Virus resolved, is likely months away, 6+ months. It’s only just getting started. Would be time for the next season to start I would say.
This competition was my only hope of ever travelling and going to see america 
i cant believe they cancelled it, they could have just postponed it. Rip to us…
